4 week challenge winner Tanya

Tanya lost an incredible 10kg over 8 weeks (yes, the 4 week challenge turned into an 8 week one because everyone was smashing it!). But this isn’t the reason she won, as it was never a competition to lose the most weight. 

Tanya hit her targets (portions, water & steps) the most consistently out of everyone. She logged every single meal she ate every day without fail, and was the most active on the community forum. Tanya posted lots of recipe ideas, and was also incredibly supportive and encouraging to all the other challengers.

Tanya feels she achieved more than her expectations. Through the challenge, she has learnt to not compare herself to others, and just focus on her own journey and go at her own pace.

Not being afraid of food any more has been one of the key takeaways for Tanya. She has learnt how to read food labels and track her portions according to her needs. She no longer skips meals and ensures she keeps herself full to avoid snacking, lack of energy and brain fog.

4 week challenge winner Jess

Jess was a client of mine before she took on the challenge, and at that point she was already a MASSIVE 20kg down!!

“I have been working with Amy for the last few months, she has taught me so much about good foods and how small habits like increasing movement and water intake can make such a big difference.

She has taught me skills so that I can continue to eat healthily but also roll with life and still hit my goals.
